In the Palace of Sports are two ice rinks: the basic size 59,7h28,7 m stands for 2000 seats which are all major events: ice hockey, figure skating tournament, mass skating and training in size 58,4h28,6 m with a balcony for spectators (commissioned in 2008).
Also, the complex has several sports halls: two halls for fitness and choreography (12x18 m and 12x10 m); game room for volleyball, basketball (32h18 m) with stands for 350 seats and a gym (20h18 m).
On the basis of the sports complex are constantly working: Amateur Sports School of Olympic Reserve: figure skating, ice hockey, team sports, martial arts; professional teams Masters & laquo; Tver Hockey Club & raquo; and Volleyball Club & laquo; Tver & raquo;.
